Album review: Soulfly – Totem
It’s ‘keelar’ metal time again as Soulfly hit album number 12…
Bloodstock have announced four more bands for this summer's metal extravaganza.
Bloodstock are kicking off the year in style by adding four more bands to its already bulging bill of heavy metal.
Leading the pack of this main stage announcement are German power metallers Powerwolf, who are Friday's special guests to Sabaton.
"We're looking forward to returning to the mighty Bloodstock festival after almost ten years to celebrate the metal mass with our friends in the UK – this is going to be a truly wild one," say the band.
Joining them on Friday's main stage are the iconic Soufly. "Bloodstock 2019, get ready!" says Max Cavalera. "It will be a Cavalera invasion! Soulfly will be playing a lot of songs off our new album, Ritual."
Max's son Richie will also be heading to Catton Hall as his band Incite will be opening the main stage on Friday.
The final band in today's announcement are the Finnish progressive doom crew Swallow The Sun who'll be hitting up the main stage on Saturday.
These four bands join the previously announced Sabaton, Scorpions, Anthrax, Code Orange, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle Of Filth, Thy Art Is Murder and more.
Bloodstock takes place at Catton Hall, Derbyshire, on August 8-11 2019. Tickets and full details can be found on the official Bloodstock website.
