While we’re all nearly peeing our pants with excitement over the promise of a new Hopesfall record, a new development has brought us one step closer to total saturation:

Notice that last line of the mini bio? “…And reformed in 2016 with a new label and new album Arbiter set for release on July 13, 2018.” That release date was never there before, and hasn’t yet been announced by the band.

We’d normally label such a random blip as a likely hoax or the work of an over-zealous, hopeful fan – but curiously, the band have simultaneously gone totally dark on socials: their FacebookInstagram, and Twitter are all blacked out, with no visible posts at all, indicating that the wiki edit is an inside job.

We hope so, because we’ve been waiting for new tunes from the North Carolina post-hardcore band for over a decade now.

In the meantime, let’s relive the magic of their classic 2002 album, The Satellite Years, shall we?
