One of Kerrang!’s new bands to watch this year, Sleep Theory will release their debut album Afterglow in May.

Sleep Theory have announced their debut album, Afterglow.
The breakout band’s forthcoming 12-track effort is due out on May 16 via Epitaph, and will include previously-released bangers like Stuck In My Head and Fallout, as well as newbie Static which you can check out below.
Last month, we included the group in our round-up of the best new bands of 2025, calling Sleep Theory one of the “most compelling new acts in heavy music”, and saying that their music calls to mind “the slickness and savagery of A Day To Remember or Linkin Park at their most full-throttle”. And we can’t wait to see what else comes from Afterglow…
