Sharon Osbourne gives COVID-19 update: "I'm still very tired… but I came out very lucky"

Sharon Osbourne has revealed that she is feeling much better now after testing positive for COVID-19 in December – however she says she is "still very tired" after experiencing pretty much all of the symptoms that go with it.

After staying in hospital for a period and then recuperating away from her husband Ozzy (who tested negative at the time), Sharon recently returned – remotely, of course – to her show The Talk to discuss her bout with the virus.

"I'm feeling really fine now, except that I'm still very tired," she said. "I nod off at ridiculous times of the day. And I'm good.

"I went through all the symptoms – headache, eye-ache, body-ache, dizziness, sickness; all of it. But there's people who are much worse than I got it; they have it much worse. And I just think I came out very lucky."

Sharon added: "By the way, I still can't smell very much or taste very much."
