From the release of eighth album In Times New Roman… to Glastonbury and their epic End Is Nero tour, it’s been a huge 2023 for Queens Of The Stone Age. And they’ve finished things up with a typically killer TV slot.
Josh Homme and co. hit Jimmy Kimmel Live to play their latest record’s lead single Emotion Sickness, using the performance to show off just what an incredible live band they’ve become over the years – both sounding and looking absolutely excellent, with a moody light show to match.
In our 4/5 review of In Times New Roman…, we described the album as “dark and disorientating”, and said that for Josh it “feels like a wholly necessary outpouring of creative catharsis”.
