Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon and Amyl And The Sniffers receive BRIT Award nominations
The BRIT Awards are back for another year and a bunch of K! favourites are battling it out...
“Make sure it goes proper death growl at the end!” Watch Ed Sheeran and Bring Me The Horizon frontman Oli Sykes confirm a studio version of Bad Habits – due out this Friday.
A week on from their BRITs performance of Bad Habits, Bring Me The Horizon and Ed Sheeran have confirmed that they'll be releasing a studio version this Friday (February 18).
The revamped cover will be hitting streaming services very soon, with Ed and BMTH frontman Oli Sykes sharing a FaceTime video call in which they discuss recording and releasing it soon after their live rendition last Tuesday.
"There are so many people asking for a studio version," Oli tells Ed of the cover, with the pop star replying: "We have to get one out." After confirming that he'll get recording his vocals, Ed then has one particular request for Oli: "Make sure it goes proper death growl at the end!"

Last week, Ed also revealed that he plans to write a song with Horizon, having been a longtime fan of the band (and a subscriber of yours truly back in the day).
"We're going to write a song together," he said. "Playing with Bring Me The Horizon was a dream. I got in touch with [Oli] and we were going to write together but then the pandemic happened, so we were in touch – I've been a fan for a long time.
"Oddly enough that's the kind of music I grew up listening to and had a Kerrang! subscription and I listened to it constantly."
