Tom Morello: My life in 10 songs
From Rage Against The Machine to Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band to The Atlas Underground, game-changing guitar hero Tom Morello takes us through 10 pivotal tracks from his career…
The track addresses the serious issue of homelessness in Los Angeles.
Prophets Of Rage have released the first single from their upcoming self-titled debut album.
The track goes by the name of Living On The 110, and according to guitarist Tom Morello, “is a song that speaks to the issue of homelessness.”
“The 110 is a freeway in Los Angeles and living beneath it are thousands of homeless people,” Tom continues. “Bentleys and Rolls Royces roaring by are literally driving on top of the poor and their makeshift homes, a picture perfect analogy for the grotesque economic inequality that plagues our times.”
