Despite cancelling their tour and taking a break from the band on Monday, Jane’s Addiction’s original line-up have shared a new single entitled True Love.
Perry Farrell’s Porno For Pyros stepped in last-minute to replace Jane’s Addiction at this weekend’s Welcome To Rockville…
With Jane's Addiction having to pull out last-minute due to Dave Navarro's "long bout with COVID", Porno For Pyros reunited over the weekend for a special set at Welcome To Rockville.
The Perry Farrell-fronted band – completed on the day by Peter Di Stefano (guitar), Mike Watt (bass), Mike Gryciuk (drums), Nick Maybury (guitar), Etty Lau Farrell (back-up vocals) and Joie Shettler (back-up vocals) – stepped in to perform a 13-song set at the Daytona Beach, Florida fest on Sunday night, making it their first full performance in a whopping 26 years. And as well as plenty of their own material, they also dropped several Jane's tracks to make up for the absence, closing with the triple-whammy of 1%, Mountain Song and Stop.
This is what it looked like…
