With just under four months to go now until NOFX’s final goodbye, the band have announced who will be joining them at their last-ever shows.
Fat Mike and co. will be wrapping up an incredible career with three days at San Pedro’s Berth 46 in Los Angeles from October 4 – 6, concluding their 40 Years, 40 Cities, 40 Songs Per Day tour.
At the first day of this awesome triple-whammy, NOFX will be joined by Dropkick Murphys, MxPx, Bouncing Souls, Sick Of It All, 7 Seconds, DOA, D.I., Luicidal, The Last Gang and KnuckleHeadz on Friday, October 5.
Then, on Saturday (or Fat-urday), they’ll play with Descendents, Less Than Jake, Lagwagon, Strung Out, Good Riddance, Mad Caddies, Swingin’ Utters, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, Get Dead and Poli Van Dam.
And, for their final show ever on Sunday, October 6, NOFX will be supported by Pennywise, The Vandals, Subhumans, Fishbone, Codefendents, The Flatliners, surprise band TBA, We Are The Union and Das Klown.
NOFX themselves picked all these artists, and for fans going you’ll be able to catch each and every one of them should you desire: there’s going to be two stages, with no overlapping set times.
“We’ve played over 2,000 shows in 33 countries, in more than 300 cities and darn it… we’re a bit tired,” says Fat Mike. “One thing I know in my heart… this is going to be the most emotional, heartbreaking, greatest tour of our career. I’ve never been so excited and at the same time terrified. Mostly excited…”
