Nine Inch Nails release new single from their TRON: Ares soundtrack

Nine Inch Nails have just revealed details of their forthcoming TRON: Ares (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) album.

The first-ever movie score under their band name, the duo – Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross – will unveil the full, original 24-track OST on September 19. To mark the news, they’ve also shared new single AS ALIVE AS YOU NEED ME TO BE, which can be heard in the brand-new TRON: Ares trailer below.

A press release teases that TRON: Ares (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) “erupts with the full force of Nine Inch Nails”, with “not one second of orchestra”. It is said to feature “pulsating synths, distorted textures and haunting melodies” – and we absolutely can’t wait.
