The big review: Reading & Leeds Festival 2025
End of summer party! BMTH, Limp Bizkit, Shikari, Amyl And The Sniffers and more hit Reading & Leeds for one last sun-drenched shindig of the season.
Ahead of next weekend’s Reading & Leeds appearances, Mouth Culture have dropped a new single “for anybody with any regrets or dirty laundry they haven’t dealt with yet”.
Mouth Culture have released a new single and video, Regret 101.
Once again produced by You Me At Six’s Max Helyer as well as their longtime collaborator Jamie Ward, vocalist Jack Voss says of the trio’s latest effort: “Regret 101 is for anybody with any regrets or dirty laundry they haven’t dealt with yet.
“I think you can hear the different influences on this one quite clearly but we’ve twisted it and changed the recipe to our own,” he ponders. “We’re hoping this is going to be one of the loudest tunes at the upcoming MC dates.”
Recently speaking with Kerrang! about Max’s help and influence on their music, guitarist Mason Clifford enthused: “Working with Max from You Me At Six has really helped us, because he’s got so much experience that he’s been able to pass on in terms of writing.”
“He doesn’t give the secrets away easily, though!” added Jack. “He never tells us the answer when we’re stuck on something with a song – he just nudges us in the right direction.”
