Midrift announce debut album, release opening track

Midrift have announced details of their debut album, Silhouette.

Due out on June 5, the rising San Francisco trio – vocalist/guitarist Gus Mehrkam, bassist Manoa Neukermans and his drumming brother Kai – will be offering up their first proper full-length following the release of several singles and EPs that have already caught significant attention. A press release describes how Silhouette consists of 10 tracks that hears Midrift “run wild”, as the band “explore the outer reaches of their sound on the album”.
