Who are Slipknot’s fans?
We head down to Slipknot’s Here Comes The Pain tour in Manchester to meet the Maggots that had their lives changed forever by nine masked men from the cornfields…
Watch Slipknot's Jay Weinberg, High On Fire's Jeff Matz, Cave In's Stephen Brodsky and more tackle The Boss for Father's Day.
Members of Slipknot, High On Fire, Cave In and more teamed up with the folks behind metal talk show Two Minutes To Late Night for a Father's Day cover of Bruce Springsteen's Candy’s Room.
The ’Knot's Jay Weinberg (whose father is Max Weinberg – longtime drummer of the E Street Band), Royal Thunder vocalist Mlny Parsonz, Cave In/Mutoid Man guitarist Stephen Brodsky, High On Fire bassist Jeff Matz, Shearwater keyboardist Emily Lee, and guitarist Jordan 'Gwarsenio Hall' Olds performed a really great (remote) rendition of Bruce's Darkness On The Edge Of Town track.

"I’m stoked to participate in the latest Two Minutes To Late Night cover!" tweeted Jay. "Joining a whole crew of shredders for a take on Springsteen's Candy’s Room. A #HappyFathersDay tip of the cap to my all-time favorite drummer, Max Weinberg."
A full statement from Two Minutes To Late Night reads:
"Pork roll, egg, and cheese! We helped Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg make a father’s day gift for his dad (Bruce Springsteen‘s drummer and comedy legend Max Weinberg!!!) but frankly, this gift is for everyone. So grab a denim jacket, wear a face mask, and stay out of those BADLANDS!
