Melvins 1983 share Victory Of The Pyramids from “bombastic” new album Thunderball

Melvins 1983 have announced their new album Thunderball, and released lead single Victory Of The Pyramids.

The band – featuring rock legend Buzz Osborne along with original Melvins drummer Mike Dillard – will be releasing their new five-track record on April 18 via Ipecac.

Buzz says that he wanted the album “to be bombastic – I think we achieved that. I also wanted to do something with electronic artists Void Manes and Ni Maîtres for a long time. Both of them are exceptional talents. Their out-of-the-box use of electronics pushed Thunderball beyond my expectations.”
