Listen to Empire State Bastard’s crushing new single, Stutter

Fresh from their Kerrang! cover on Wednesday and the announcement of their debut album, Empire State Bastard have shared a brand-new single.

Following first track Harvest in March, the Biffy Clyro duo’s second effort Stutter is another brilliantly heavy taste of what’s to come from a band whose material guitarist Mike Vennart calls “the most fucking poisonous vile music” he could think of, as well as being “just unabridged hatred in musical form”.

ESB’s debut album Rivers Of Heresy is due out on September 1 – and before its release the band have got a ton of killer shows coming up, including Download and Glastonbury this month, and the likes of 2000trees and ArcTanGent later in the summer.
