Live review: Creeper, London KOKO
Creeper inspire devotion – and even a prickling sense of fright – in their joyful return to KOKO to celebrate Sanguivore in full, and tease their next phase
Creeper have unveiled a new special edition of last year’s Sanguivore album, featuring exquisite bonus track Love And Pain…
Creeper have just released an excellent new song called Love And Pain.
The surprise track is taken from the band’s new special edition of last year’s 5/5-rated Sanguivore, and as a press release describes it ‘extends the album’s original vision with a fresh chapter of gloomily elegant malevolence’.
The record also includes a Hannah Hermione-lead cover of Shadows Of The Night, as well as Phantom Fantasia, and a different version of Cry To Heaven that is brilliantly labelled the Count Dalgula’s Queen Of The Night Extended Mix.
