Ice Nine Kills have announced details of a new charity T-shirt to help raise money for those affected by the devastating California wildfires.

The Boston metalcore heroes are donating 100 per cent of proceeds from their ‘HEED THE CALL FOR CALIFORNIA’ graphic top to The California Fire Foundation Wildlife & Disaster Relief Fund – a charity who work “with local fire agencies and community-based organizations to provide direct financial support to impacted residents as details of the damage emerge”.

As per The Independent, the death toll has risen to 24 since the fires began on January 7. In the world of rock and metal, the respective homes of Primus guitarist Ler LaLonde and Iron Maiden’s Adrian Smith have been destroyed.
