Bad Omens confirm Australia tour dates with Poppy and House Of Protection
Bad Omens are heading to Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney early next year with Poppy and House Of Protection, for their goodbye, friend tour.
Following explosive April single It’s Supposed To Hurt, House Of Protection have shared another new banger – and announced when they’ll be making their live debut in the UK.
It’s two-for-two from new band House Of Protection, who’ve just released their fantastic second single Learn To Forget.
The duo – former FEVER 333 members Aric Improta and Stephen Harrison – have followed up April’s debut single It’s Supposed To Hurt with a new track that is once again produced by Jordan Fish, and is one they say is “very close to home for us as musicians”.
“The pace, the riffs, the drum fills, it all leans towards music we grew up playing,” House Of Protection explain. “We wanted to find a way to keep that in our sound, but not be limited by it. Jordan was really good about finding ways to take that energy and blend it with the production aesthetic we used on the other tracks. It’s definitely one we look forward to playing live.”
Speaking of which, they’ve just announced their first-ever UK show, headlining London’s Underworld on October 15. That show takes place after their official live debut at 1720 in Los Angeles on September 24.
