The UK leg of Bullet For My Valentine and Trivium's long-awaited The Poisoned Ascendancy Tour kicked off in Cardiff last night, the first of two home shows for Bullet at the Welsh Capital's Ultilita Arena.
The tour sees the two metal titans celebrating two decades of their respective The Poison and Ascendancy debut albums. It's seen them dusting off a couple of numbers that haven't been played in years – Trivium's Declaration getting its first airing since 2007, while Bullet dropped Room 409, 10 Years Today, Cries In Vain, Hit The Flow and The End for the first time since 2016.
It was a banging start. Here's what they played, and what you've got to look forward to this week as the tour rolls around the country, finishing at London's O2 Arena on Saturday night.
