Hayley Williams confirms Paramore haven’t broken up
Not for the first time in the band’s 20-year lifespan, Hayley Williams has had to state that Paramore haven’t broken up – although they are ‘on a break’.
From out of nowhere, Hayley Williams has unveiled her third solo album in the form of Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party.
Earlier this month, Paramore superstar Hayley Williams dropped 17 new solo songs on streaming services, out of sequence and without a full-length record to house them. Now, following countless fans sharing their own tracklists and interpretations, the songs have been unveiled as new LP, Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party – which also includes the previously unreleased track, Parachute.
Produced by Daniel James, who also helmed Hayley's 2021 solo record FLOWERS for VASES / descansos, two singles were released as videos earlier this month – the title-track and Glum, the latter of which was directed by Paramore bandmate Zac Farro, alongside AJ Gibboney.
Despite 18 songs being released today, Hayley has teased on Instagram there are two more songs to go, posting a tracklist with blank spaces for song numbers 19 and 20.
Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party is available now on streaming services, with various physical formats coming on November 7.
