Halestorm are teasing a new single, Darkness Always Wins

Get ready, because it looks like Halestorm are about to follow up their brilliant 2022 album Back From The Dead.

The band – Lzzy and Arejay Hale, Joe Hottinger and Josh Smith – have just unveiled a teaser for their brand-new single Darkness Always Wins, which is arriving on April 22. They reveal that it was written in Savannah, Georgia, and was the first song the band created for a forthcoming record…

“We wrote this down in Savannah, GA,” Halestorm say. “It was the first song we wrote for what became the album. It was like a test session… we went down there to see how it was working with Dave Cobb. Wrote and recorded this in two days at his then new studio. It was the beginning of a beautiful relationship that turned into a beautiful album. Can’t wait for everyone to hear what we’ve been up to.”

Sharing a photo, they add: “Here’s Lzzy at that first session on Dave’s old piano that we used on the track.”
