See Bad Omens bring out Poppy, HEALTH and ERRA during their Linkin Park support set
Bad Omens took their Linkin Park support slot to the next level in Texas on Friday night, inviting out special guests Poppy, HEALTH and ERRA…
Is there a brand-new single and music video on the way? Bad Omens are definitely starting to gear up towards something big.
Fresh from confirming that they’re in the studio working on new music, Bad Omens have gotten fans very excited with a new 18-second teaser video.
Captioned “goodbye friend.” the haunting clip could very well point to an impending single and accompanying music video: it starts out with an empty chair facing away from a TV (which is only playing white noise), and then in a different scene we see an empty hospital bed. Finally, the video cuts again to a figure walking down a hallway pushing someone in a wheelchair, before the video goes black and we hear the words – you guessed it – “Goodbye friend.”
Check it out below.
Of course, people are already analysing what it all could mean, and interestingly over on Reddit user Cobblestonecrotch lightened up the hallway clip – it looks like frontman Noah Sebastian being pushed in the wheelchair, and possibly also Noah in a mask doing the pushing at the same time?!
Next month, Bad Omens will return to the stage for a couple of massive festival shows: they’ll be headlining the returning Mayhem fest at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino on October 12 with the likes of Parkway Drive, Architects, Jinjer, Poppy and Kittie, before hitting the Allianz Parque in São Paulo a week later for Knotfest Brazil. Will we hear any new music before those gigs? Let’s hope so…
