Gene Simmons Settles Sexual Assault Case

KISS' Gene Simmons has settled a lawsuit which alleged he made "unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances" against a female journalist.

According to Billboard, the case between Gene and a woman identified as 'Jane Doe' was settled in the Los Angeles County Supreme Court on July 2.

The case was lodged last December, when Jane Doe accused Gene of grabbing her hand and forcefully placing it on his knee, during a November interview, at KISS' Rock & Brews restaurant in the San Manuel Casino, California. Guitarist Paul Stanley was also present at the interview.

The plaintiff also said the musician "forcibly flicked / struck" her throat, and "reached toward [her] buttocks and touched it", and "turned standard interview questions into sexual innuendos".

She was suing him for sexual battery, gender violence, battery and assault.

Exact terms of the settlement are currently unclear. More when we have it...
