Former Of Mice & Men Frontman Austin Carlile: Jesus Is Coming Back Soon

Austin Carlile – former frontman of Of Mice & Men, and born-again Christian as of 2016 – has taken to social media to address the state of the world right now within the context of his religious beliefs, from coronavirus to the George Floyd protests and Black Lives Matter movement.

The vocalist tells his 600k-plus followers on Twitter that "none of these current events are surprising" to Jesus, or "anyone who understands that the Bible is the living Word Of God", and that Jesus will be "coming back soon". Previously, Austin has admitted that he's lost "followers any time I speak about God or His son Jesus – people don't wanna hear it" – but clearly in this instance he has let that notion go in order to post a long thread about his beliefs.
