We’ve already had awesome new EP I WANT YOU MORE THAN ANYBODY WANTS YOU, but De’Wayne isn’t stopping there…
De’Wayne has released an excellent single exclusively for Spotify.
Entitled Love Raider, the Spotify Singles track follows his summer EP I WANT YOU MORE THAN ANYBODY WANTS YOU, and very much follows that record’s theme of love (‘I’m on the side, got the best of me / She’s so primal, but she’s everything,’ he sings on this new banger).
Posting about both the song and the EP, De’Wayne says that, “The goal for this year was to get consistent and release a lot of music and I hope you guys are enjoying it! WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED THO.”
Which exactly echoes De’Wayne’s words when Kerrang! interviewed him in June, when we asked if he was working on more than just the I WANT YOU… EP.
“It’s full steam ahead on the EP, promote the hell out of it, and then more music will come immediately after,” he promised. “I feel like in the past I would just put out songs and be like, ‘It’s good enough – do what you want with it!’ And in the music world that we live in today, there are so many brilliant artists, and me being at the beginning of my journey, I have to kind of stay in people’s faces in the most respectful and tasteful way that I can. But yes, so much music will be coming this year. So much!”
