Anyone already familiar with rising metallers Cane Hill knows they like to make controversial videos, but they may well have topped themselves with their latest. The video for their new single, True Love, which you can watch exclusively with Kerrang! below, is a genuinely twisted affair – viewer discretion is advised, as the clip features lots of flashing images, violence and sexual imagery. The brilliantly bleak song is taken from their highly-anticipated debut album Smile, which is set to drop on July 15 through Rise Records – pre-orders are available from the following link.
Speaking about the track, singer Elijah Witt says: “True Love is about embracing the animalistic side of sex. Somewhere, somehow, sex became taboo – we want to embrace the fact that human beings love sex in all forms and stop putting a hushed tone over the idea of exploring ones sexuality. Thus, a fetish-song.”
