With precisely 85 days to go now until Bloodstock, the festival has made some new additions, most notably with Cradle Of Filth now replacing Dimmu Borgir (due to – what else? – the ongoing coronavirus situation).

“Due to restrictions and uncertainties regarding international travel and logistics, we have to postpone Dimmu Borgir's performance at Bloodstock until next year," management say. "The band is absolutely gutted about this, having to cancel Bloodstock again, but we have already confirmed with Vicky and the Bloodstock team that the band will be back in the UK for the 2022 edition. Stay safe!"

Elsewhere, the new bonus Wednesday for the 2021 edition of Bloodstock will feature headliners Onslaught, plus a supporting cast of Beholder, Ward XVI, Raised By Owls and Anakim.

Bloodstock Open Air takes place from August 11 – 15 at Catton Park, with Devin Townsend, Kreator and Judas Priest headlining. The festival will also host the likes of Skindred, Paradise Lost, Bury Tomorrow, Diamond Head, Therapy? and many more – check out the full line-up below:
