Having co-produced Black Veil Brides' previous record Vale alongside John Feldmann, Jake admits he's "very excited" to be at the production helm once again for such a comprehensive project.
"We are doing a concept record – it’s a whole story that’s gonna go together – so the plan is to write way more songs than will go on the record, and once we get things tightened up, we'll go back and listen to everything and figure out what makes sense as a whole," says Jake.
"I can’t wait for everybody to hear the new stuff. I think as songwriters we’ve all got so much better and I think some of the new stuff we’re doing is some of the best stuff we’ve ever written."
But, as Andy mentions, Black Veil Brides' next record will be more than just music – there's a movie coming, too. Comparing it to their previous film – Legion Of The Black, an adaptation of their 2013 album Wretched And Divine – guitarist Jinxx says the new flick will be "on a grander level" with him incorporating some film score elements he's been developing.
There's no word on when the next BVB album will be released, but it sounds like they're moving quickly and have countless ideas.
