Architects are teasing another cinematic new music video

With six weeks to go until the release of their 11th album The Sky, The Earth & All Between, Architects are teasing another new track from the record.

The Brighton metal titans look set to be dropping next track Blackhole this week (tomorrow, January 14, to be extra-extra precise), and just like with November’s mega Whiplash, it’s clearly going to have a biiiiiig music video, judging by the below teaser.

For Whiplash, Architects joined forces with director Specter, with drummer Dan Searle enthusing that “it was a pleasure to bring him in for this song to create something for us”, and that his “visual concept gave life to the words in a unique way that may create more questions than answers, but sometimes that’s the beauty in art.”

So is it going to be another Architects x Specter dream team, or someone else? Summarising our thoughts perfectly in the Instagram comments, former Holding Absence drummer Ashley Green writes: “Label: ‘How much do you need for the new music video?’ @architects: ‘yes’.” Ha!
