Cult ’90s sludge metallers Acid Bath have just announced their first-ever UK headline show.

The reunited Louisiana quintet are set to play an already-upgraded date at the Academy 1 in Manchester on June 25, 2026, with tickets on sale now. This special one-off date arrives before they support System Of A Down in some truly colossal venues next summer, including two dates at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

According to a press release, Acid Bath’s return this year – which began with a date at New Orleans’ The Fillmore on April 25 – has been “met with unprecedented fervour and has ignited a new level of excitement with their hardcore following as well as with a new generation of fans”. Interestingly, it also teases: “What’s next for the band? Time will tell…” Watch this space!
